All payments made for our services are non-refundable once the service has been purchased, scheduled, started, or the service resources have been provided. This applies to:

Why Payments Are Non-Refundable

Our services involve time, expertise, planning, resources, mentorship, implementation support, and customised work. Once a customer purchases a service, resources and time may be allocated specifically for that customer. Therefore, cancellations after purchase do not qualify for a refund.

No Results-Based Refunds

We do not provide refunds based on business performance, sales, revenue, advertising results, profits, or individual expectations. Our role is to provide practical guidance, knowledge, strategies, and agreed services.

Business results depend on factors including implementation, product quality, pricing, market demand, competition, advertising budget, customer behaviour, consistency, and business decisions. Therefore, specific sales, profits, revenue, or ROAS are not guaranteed.
